		<description>Evening ,

How I wish to have seen that.
Myself and my brother marched at top speed through Igwazu falls and definitely 'missed the gorge'.
Until now I have recanted our tale with that silly western pride and now I take it all back .
I would love to have spent all day there , looking back and so will instead slow right down and stop missing all that is .xx

		<description>Dear Declan ,

I am in awe as always and through hiccups or modesty ( yours) I have just found your site.

Who is quoted to have said 'the child is the father of the man'.
I have found this to be very true. Where is it that grown ups in the business world ( and many others ) forget the drive and creativity they once felt. Some hang on tight to it yet others forget they ever had it ?

		<description>Dear Declan,

so good to hear your lines on creativity. It very well fits into the work you are doing.

Children are creative because they enjoy the moment. They like to do what they do right in that minute they are doing it. The goal, the results or the outcome of their work is very close and not an uncertain annual company target.
Childern grow when they are creative because it builds their skills. This is something we often forget.

Keep it Up

<description>Hi Declan, welcome to the blogosphere. Looking forward to hearing you think aloud and joining in the conversation. Seems only fair to leave the last word to Pablo ... All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.</description>
