Biography
Declan Coyle is one of Ireland’s most internationally experienced Personal Development, Business, Management and Sales Training & Development Specialist Consultants.
In recent years Declan has delivered Training Programmes and Key Note Conference Addresses to groups in Ireland, Britain, USA, France, Germany, Hungary, Thailand, Hong Kong and Australia.
He is a specialist in personal and organisational development.
His unique use of tools such as NLP to focus Management Teams on goals and to maintain consistently high levels of motivation and focus is underpinned by matching individual personality styles for peak performance. This explosively successful combination quickly flows through to bottom line results.
He has also developed a Red & Green Platform Management methodology, which has seen Management & Teams wallowing in poor, or average results transformed into consistently top performers – and top performers into exceptional performers.
Declan has worked with Government Ministers, government departments, semi-states, multi-national companies, SME’s and charities. He has also given regular training sessions to PLATO groups. Declan has worked extensively with management and sales teams from companies such as Eircom, Alltech, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Masterfoods/Mars Corporation, Apple Computer and various Banks. He also spearheads the Education Development Programme.
His work has been credited with transforming the nature and effectiveness of many of the organisations with which he has worked.
He is fluent in a number of languages including Mandarin and has two masters degrees from post-graduate work in Canada.
Declan has written and produced many articles and videos on sales, communications, teamwork and change management strategies.
Declan is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
